Refunds and cancellation

Cancel any time. Open your Account page and choose Manage subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for; it then does not renew. There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds. You can ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days of paying, for any reason. Later payments are not refunded for the month in progress; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments; how long that takes depends on your bank.

How to ask. Write to support@flexmusiclabs.com with the email address on your account. We answer within 2 working days.

Free accounts are free; there is nothing to refund.

Songs. If we refund your first payment, songs you created during that period go back to personal use. Songs you created while you were subscribed and then cancelled stay yours to use commercially.

Mistaken or double charges are refunded in full.
